The 15th biennial HITRAN Conference will take place 13-15 June 2018 (starting on Wednesday of the week before the Molecular Spectroscopy Symposium at the University of Illinois). The location will be at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The meeting is united with the ASA (Atmospheric Spectroscopy Applications) workshop.

The conference consists of poster and oral presentations selected for their contributions to the spectroscopic databases, such as HITRAN, HITEMP, and to relevant user applications.   The registration will open in January, 2018. The deadline for registration will be April 20, 2018. The deadline for abstract submission will be May 4th, 2018.

Topics Included:
¤ Current Status of the Molecular Spectroscopic Database   ¤ Relevant New Spectroscopic and Aerosol Data
¤ Priorities for Incorporation of New Parameters   ¤ User Applications
¤ Characterization of Spectroscopic Parameters Required by Radiative-Transfer Modeling   ¤ Database Archiving, Access, and Methodology
¤ Laboratory Techniques
