Instructions for presentations

Talks:

• Send the presentations to rkochanov@cfa.harvard.edu at least a night before your talk
• Put the numbers of the session and talk at the beginning of the filename (e.g.: VII-4_Smith.pptx)
• To find where is your talk in the schedule, see the Abstract Book
• Preferred presentation formats: PowerPoint (ppt, pptx), Portable Document Format (pdf)

Timing:

• For contributed talks: 13 min + 2 min for questions
• For invited talks: 35 min + 5 min for questions

Posters:

The poster boards are 122 cm wide and 92 cm high
